• - Supplies and Apparel are considered separate orders for shipping purposes; even though they may be billed on one invoice. Supplies will ship from our Lubbock location and Apparel will ship from outside warehouses. Orders will need to be $150+ each to qualify for free shipping on both.
• * Example 1: If you have $150 of supplies and $150 of apparel you will get free shipping on all items.
• **Example 2: If you have $150 of apparel and $50 of supplies a single $15 charge will apply to ship supplies.
• ***Example 3:If you have $50 of apparel and $50 of supplies 2-$15 charges would apply.

• - Local delivery and UPS/FedEx Ground only. COD and specialty shipping charges are not included.
• - Orders must be ordered by 4:00 CST to qualify for free shipping.
• - Continental US only; AK and HI not included.

• - All refused shipments will incur a 20% restock fee and shipping charges.
• - All charges associated with refused shipments must be settled before any further orders are shipped. 
• - Local orders will be kept on the shelf for 3 business days. After that time, the order will be restocked and a 20% restock fee will apply.

Claims

• - Shortages, packing errors and claims due to factory defects MUST be reported within five days of receipt of goods. 

• -Orders can not be cancelled or revised after they are submitted.
